5 quick and efficient ways
to manage messages

SMS Notification will subtly alert you when new messages arrive in your mailbox. So when you’re away from the office, you don’t have to dial into your mailbox to check for new or URGENT messages.

An SMS text message will appear on your screen with details of your message, including (where available) the telephone number of the caller.

Web Access enables you to visit your mailbox via the World Wide Web. By using standard graphical browsers it lets you gain access to your Unified Messaging and gain control of your mailbox from any suitably equipped PC or laptop in the world.

Desktop Integration gives you full control of your mailbox - through your PC. Starting with the initial on-screen pop-up, Desktop Integration allows you access to all areas of your mailbox, enabling you to:

  • View, copy and edit messages;
  • Create and edit personal groups;
  • Keep a directory of extensions from your department or company;
  • Store the telephone numbers of your regular callers.

Message Unification allows you to access all areas of your mailbox within a Microsoft Outlook environment. From there you can view, copy and edit messages, create and edit personal groups, or keep a directory of extensions from your department, company and the numbers of your regular callers.

PC Notification uses a simple on-screen pop-up, so that you can be kept in touch with all your new messages as and when they arrive. The on-screen pop-up initially displays the number of new messages and stored messages you have in your mailbox.

Within email notification, you would receive an email sent from the VCII, which would give you the information within an email format to let you know that you have new messages in your mailbox.
