Patient Call

Patient Call is a facility for the GP Practice’s waiting area. It provides them with a clear and efficient way of calling patients in for their appointment. When the doctor is ready to see a patient and has called up their notes on their system, the screen in the waiting area will display the patient’s name with the doctor’s name and room. At the same time it announcement, i.e. ‘next patient to doctor hill please’. The verbal announcement prompts the waiting patients to check the display.
