based solution

sent to, WHAT FORMAT
each of these messages is sent out in and WHEN these messages
will arrive.
VC Relay also allows you to security protect these
messages before people listen to them, and see which people
have not received the messages. Most importantly, it gives your

VC Relay has been developed
in consultation with the police by Voice Connect; it is designed
to use targeted communication to warn the public about crimes
